How enquiries are passed on

When you send an enquiry or book a call, you will hear from a FENSA-registered window and door company that supplies and fits the windows itself, with a local showroom you are welcome to visit. They arrange a free consultation at your home, give you a quotation, and carry out the survey if you decide to go ahead.

The installing company surveys, quotes and fits in its own name, and the contract for any work is between you and that company.

How this site is paid

This site may receive a fee when an enquiry leads to work. That fee does not change the price you are quoted.

Your choices

• Ask at any point who will carry out the work, and you will be told before any visit.
• You are free to compare quotations from other companies.
• Read the installer’s guarantee and contract terms before you sign.
