What we collect

When you send the enquiry form, book a call, ring or email, we receive what you give us: usually your name, email address, phone number and a note about your windows or your property. The booking diary also records the day and time you chose.

Why we use it

• To reply to you and to make the call you booked.
• To pass your enquiry to the window and door company that arranges your free home consultation, quotation and survey.
• To keep a record of what was asked and agreed.

The lawful basis is your request: you asked to be contacted about your windows.

Who sees it

Your details go to us and to the installing company that handles your enquiry. They are also processed by the services that host this site and send its email. Your details are never sold, and never handed to anyone for marketing.

Cookies

This site sets one cookie to remember your cookie choice. It runs no analytics or advertising cookies. You can change your choice at any time with the cookie settings link in the footer.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted after twelve months. Where work goes ahead, the installing company keeps its own records under its own policy.

Your rights

You can ask to see the details we hold about you, to have them corrected or deleted, or to object to how they are used. Email us and we will reply within one month. If you are unhappy with the answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
