How your enquiry is handled

What happens after you get in touch

When you send an enquiry or book a call, you will hear from a FENSA-registered window and door company that supplies and fits the windows itself, with a local showroom you are welcome to visit. They arrange a free consultation at your home, give you a quotation, and carry out the survey if you decide to go ahead.

This site

A guide to windows for Brighton’s houses

Replacement Windows Brighton explains the choices for the city’s housing, from Regency stucco to 1930s render, and the planning rules that come with it. When you are ready, your enquiry goes to a window and door company that surveys, supplies and fits.

That company is registered with FENSA, so its work is certified for building regulations, and it has a showroom near Brighton where you can see the windows before you choose.

What to expect

You get in touch

Book a call, ring 01273 092950, or send your details. Tell us about the house, which windows, and anything you know about planning.

Free home consultation

The installer arranges a visit at a time that suits you, looks at each window and talks through the options. There is no charge for it, and nothing to sign.

Quotation and survey

You receive a written quotation. If you go ahead, a full survey measures every opening before anything is made.

Good to know

A few plain facts

  • The quotation, and the contract if you go ahead, are with the installing company in its own name.
  • We quote for a single window. Three or more windows make a day’s work at the normal rate, and a single window carries a call-out charge on top.
  • Prices are given before survey, after the free home visit.
  • This site may receive a fee when an enquiry leads to work. It does not change your price. The referral disclosure explains more.
